Sign in to the Client Portal


  • Navigate to the Rand Group Client Portal login page at
  • Enter your full e-mail address in the Email field.
    Example: yourname@client.com
  • Enter the password that was included in your Client Portal invitation e-mail.
  • Make sure that there are no empty spaces included with the password if you copy and paste it into the form.
  • Click the Log In button.

Forgot your password


Forgot your password
  • Enter your e-mail address and click the Email Link button.
Email reset page
  • You will receive an e-mail from support@randgroup.com shortly.
  • Follow the instructions in the message and then click the link included in the email.
  • Enter your email and your new password. Click Reset.
Reset password page
  • You will be automatically redirected to the Client Portal login screen.
  • Sign in using your new password. Save this password for later use.

Change password


  • Sign in to the Client Portal using the password that was included in your invitation email.
  • Click Administration found in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Then select Profile.

  • Click Change your password.

  • Enter the old password followed by your new password. Click the Change Password button.
  • Keep this password for later use.

Add a Microsoft or Google login to your existing Client Portal account


Registering an external Google or Microsoft login is not necessary to access to Client Portal. You will have full access when you log in using the account information found in your invitation email. If you have recently used a Google or Microsoft account as your primary login to access the Client Portal, your primary login is now the email and password included in your invitation email.

  • Navigate to the Client Portal login page at
  • Sign in using the login information found in the most recent Client Portal invitation email you received.
  • Click Administration found in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select Profile.
  • Click the Manage option next to External Logins.

  • Under Register Another Provider, choose to add a Microsoft account or a Google account by clicking either Microsoft or Google.
External Logins
  • Enter the account information when prompted and press enter. You will be returned to the Client Portal External Logins page.
  • The new login option should appear under the Registered Logins section.

  • You can now use the 'Sign in with an external account' feature on the Client Portal login page.

Remove a Microsoft or Google login from your Client Portal account


  • Navigate to the Client Portal login page at
  • Click Administration found in the navigation bar at the top of the page and select Profile.
  • Click the Manage option next to External Logins.

  • An external login should appear under Registered Logins.
  • Click the Remove button.

  • Your external login option should be removed successfully.
